For all patients
To ensure minimal wait time and hassle, please remember to bring to your appointment:
- Your valid Medicare, DVA, Seniors or Concession Card
- A list of your usual medications, supplements
- Recent blood test and/or imaging results
- For new patients – Please arrive early to fill in a new patient and medical history form
- Overseas visitors welcome – Fees apply. Claim insurance refund through your provider.
This information allows our staff to better assess your medical needs and provide you with the most appropriate medical advice and treatment.
Fees Policy
Bulk billing consults will be available for routine single issue/problem appointments.
The following patients will be bulk billed for any in person or telehealth appointments:
- Children under the age of 16
- DVA Card Holders
- Concession Card Holders
Telehealth consultation for uncomplicated blood test and imaging results may be bulk billed (at doctors’ discretion).

More complex consultations involving multiple issues/problems will incur an out-of-pocket gap fee depending on the length of the consultation. All appointments fees will be calculated in accordance with the appropriate Medicare service rebate* for the consultation and/or procedure provided. Fees are payable at the time of consultation by EFTPOS, credit card or cash.
